Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Agricultural Project Manager with a strong background in construction, project management, and site administration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management experience in the UAE, with a proven ability to manage agricultural and infrastructure-related projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of agricultural and construction projects.
• Manage site activities, coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and enforce safety compliance.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive site and progress reports to management.
• Lead project administration tasks, including budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Google Earth for planning, layout design, and reporting.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the UAE, preferably in agricultural or construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Earth.
• Excellent site management and administrative skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
