Responsibilities

* Oversee the selection, planting, and maintenance of crops, ensuring optimal growth and yield.
* Conduct regular field assessments to monitor crop health, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
* Implement and manage sustainable agricultural practices to minimise environmental impact and maximise resource efficiency.
* Analyse data and prepare reports on crop performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of agricultural projects.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agricultural technology and practices.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new agricultural initiatives.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
