Job Description / Responsibility

• Plan, design, and develop large-scale agricultural farms, including new farm setup and expansion projects.
• Lead and manage greenhouse operations, ensuring optimal climate control, irrigation, and crop productivity.
• Develop and implement organic farming systems in compliance with national and international standards.
• Oversee production of vegetables, fruits, and other crops with a focus on quality, yield, and sustainability.
• Design and implement efficient irrigation, fertigation, and water management systems.
• Supervise day-to-day farm operations, including planting, harvesting, pest control, and post-harvest handling.
• Introduce modern agricultural technologies such as hydroponics, drip irrigation, and precision farming.
• Ensure proper soil health management, composting systems, and organic fertilizer application.
• Monitor and control pests and diseases using environmentally friendly and sustainable practices.
• Manage farm staff, labor, and technical teams, providing training and performance supervision.
• Prepare production plans, budgets, and operational reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders for smooth farm operations and product marketing.
• Conduct research and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance farm productivity and reduce costs.
• Evaluate farm performance and implement strategies for long-term agricultural sustainability and profitability.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Agriculture
