Agriculture Engineer with Management & Sales experience

We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Engineer who can supervise multiple farms and greenhouse operations while also promoting and selling agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection products across the UAE. This role combines technical agricultural management with commercial responsibilities, ensuring productive farm operations while supporting customers with the right input solutions.

The position requires the ability to manage field operations, advise growers on crop performance, monitor farm conditions, and recommend appropriate agricultural inputs based on crop needs. In addition, the role involves visiting farms, meeting growers and dealers, providing technical product information, and generating sales through strong agronomic support and trusted customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support greenhouse and open-field farm activities
• Advise growers on crop nutrition, protection, and input selection
• Promote and sell seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides
• Conduct farm visits and provide agronomic guidance
• Build long-term relationships with growers, farm owners, and distributors
• Prepare regular field reports, crop evaluations, and sales documentation
• Coordinate orders and deliveries with internal teams
• Provide technical training on correct application of inputs
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and payments
• Skills & Requirements
• Degree in Agriculture / Agronomy / Horticulture
• Strong technical understanding of crops, irrigation, soil, and greenhouse systems
• Ability to advise farmers on input recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel across farm locations
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Knowledge of local agriculture is a strong asset
