HIRING: AGRICULTURE / LANDSCAPING ENGINEER

We are looking to hire:
Group Company: Facilities & Landscaping Division – Gulf Group Holding
Position: Agriculture / Landscaping Engineer
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Landscape Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in landscaping projects and site supervision

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of soft landscaping: plant selection, turfing, soil, fertilizers, and pest/disease management
• Experience with irrigation systems (drip/sprinkler), pumps, valves, and controllers
• Ability to read drawings, prepare BOQs, and support estimation/tenders
• Hands-on experience managing site teams and daily operations
• Familiarity with HSE practices and municipality/authority standards
• Vendor coordination, materials planning, and cost control
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD/SketchUp is an advantage
• UAE Driving License preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing daily landscaping works (planting, turfing, pruning, irrigation)
• Ensure timely delivery of scope with quality and safety compliance
• Coordinate with engineers/technicians to fulfill client requirements
• Monitor irrigation performance, soil moisture, and plant health; resolve site issues
• Support inventory management and procurement planning
• Submit site progress and performance reports to management
• Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business
