Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or related field. Interview Questions
• Practical experience in managing crop production on large agricultural land (preferred). Scribd
• Strong knowledge of crop rotation, irrigation management, and pest control.

SUMMARY
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Agriculture Officer (Agronomist) to manage and support agricultural operations on 100 acres of farmland, with a primary focus on planning and executing crop sowing and production activities. The Agriculture Officer will be responsible for designing crop management plans, overseeing field operations, advising on agronomic practices, and ensuring optimal crop growth and yield. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in agronomy and practical experience in large-scale crop production and field supervision.
