Agriculture Sales Executive

We are a growing company specializing in indoor and outdoor plants, fertilizers, and potting soil. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Agriculture Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our long-term growth.

Job Summary: The Agriculture Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of agricultural products, including indoor and outdoor plants, fertilizers, and potting soil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture sales, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and a UAE driving license. The candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of closing deals and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients, including landscape companies, supermarkets, and malls.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell our products, focusing on the benefits and features that meet the clients' needs.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in agriculture sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of indoor and outdoor plants, fertilizers, and potting soil.
  • Proven ability to close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.
