Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Agriculture Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients in the agriculture and agribusiness sector, and helping drive revenue growth.

If you have experience in agriculture sales or farm product sales, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Experience with technology or SaaS-based solutions is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agriculture, Agtech and agribusiness market.
  • Conduct outreach to potential customers, schedule meetings, and deliver sales presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, agri-retailers, and business partners.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
  • Track and analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in agriculture sales, farm input sales, agri-equipment, or related B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Familiarity with technology or SaaS-based solutions is a plus.
