We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Agri-Inputs sales across all Emirates.
An Agri Inputs Sales job involves selling agricultural products like seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides to farmers and dealers by building customer relationships, providing technical advice, managing sales activities, and coordinating with internal teams. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, educating clients on product usage, handling orders and payments, and maintaining detailed sales records and reports
Core responsibilities
Sales and customer relations: Identify and meet potential customers, present product solutions, negotiate sales terms, and close deals.
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of distributors, retailers, and agri-dealers.
Product and technical support: Provide accurate product information, answer customer queries, and educate farmers on the correct application of inputs.
Sales administration: Maintain accurate daily sales records, create performance reports, and track sales progress using CRM systems.
Logistics and operations: Coordinate with the supply chain for timely delivery of goods, follow up on stock availability, and help resolve complaints or delivery issues.
Financial follow-up: Follow up on billing, credit, and payment status with channel partners.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with sales and CRM software, and general tech comfort.
Other requirements:
Willingness to travel to meet customers and dealers.
A valid driver's license and personal vehicle may be required.
Familiarity with local agricultural practices and languages can be beneficial.
