The Job Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agriculture Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for agricultural commodities in the Dubai office. This role involves building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding Zarea’s agricultural trading network across the UAE and GCC region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for agricultural commodities in the UAE and GCC.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts in the agriculture sector.
  • Manage relationships with farmers, traders, distributors, and corporate buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring profitability.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on commodity trends, demand, and pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with buyers and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth trade execution.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Support Zarea’s expansion by introducing innovative sales strategies and building market trust.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in agricultural sales, commodity trading, or agribusiness.
  • Strong network within UAE/GCC agriculture markets.
  • Preference will be given to candidates already based in UAE.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of agriculture commodity markets, pricing, and trade dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills.
