PAY: $19.20-$24.00

SCOPE OF WORK: The Adult Healing to Wellness (HTW) Court Compliance Officer supports the Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Adult Healing to Wellness Court by supervising and monitoring program participants to ensure compliance with court-ordered conditions. This role combines case management, investigation, reporting, and direct client support to promote rehabilitation and reduce substance abuse. The Compliance Officer collaborates closely with the court team, service providers, and families while maintaining accurate records, conducting compliance testing, and making informed recommendations to the court.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring adherence to program requirements, conducting compliance checks, and administering drug and alcohol testing.
- Develop and support individualized plans addressing substance abuse and related social, cultural, and personal factors; connect clients to appropriate resources and services.
- Conduct interviews and investigations involving clients, families, and relevant parties; assess progress and compile information to support case decisions.
- Maintain accurate client records, including progress notes, evaluations, and compliance data; prepare court reports, correspondence, and case documentation.
- Present findings and recommendations in court, testify when necessary, and collaborate with the HTW Court team to support informed decision-making.
- Work with health and social service providers to monitor client progress, respond to crises, and act as a liaison between clients, families, and agencies.
Will perform other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Criminal Justice Degree.
Valid Driver’s License.
SHIFT: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
TESTING AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
Subject to pre-employment, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
Must submit to a background check.
Must have no conviction of a Felony, by any Court.
HIRING PREFERENCES:
Qualified applicants who are enrolled members of a federally recognized Tribe will receive Native American preference.
Qualified applicants will receive Veteran’s Preference with submission of proof of honorable military service (e.g., DD-214).
