AI Agent Developer

Seeking an AI Developer specializing in software engineering who designs, builds, and deploys artificial intelligence systems and applications that mimic human intelligence. The ideal candidate in this position will focus on creating, testing, and implementing machine learning models, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP) systems to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency. Candidates MUST be a US Citizen or active Green Card holder to be considered.

Design and train machine learning models and neural networks for tasks such as computer vision, speech recognition, and data analysis.

Deploy AI-powered applications into existing software workflows, ensuring seamless operation via APIs.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), cleaning, and preprocessing of large datasets to train and fine-tune models.

Work alongside data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to identify business needs and align AI solutions with company goals.

Evaluate and optimize AI systems for accuracy, robustness, and speed, including RAG-based systems and LLM configuration.

Stay updated on cutting-edge technologies, such as generative AI, to maintain competitiveness.

Strong proficiency in Python is standard, along with Java, C++, or R.

Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.

Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as libraries like Pandas and NumPy.

Familiarity with deploying models on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.

Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and neural networks.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

2 5 years of experience in software development or AI-specific roles.

Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving, creativity, and excellent verbal/written communication.
