Job Description:
As an AI Agent Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying intelligent agents capable of understanding, reasoning, and interacting with complex environments. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize AI agents for various applications, including conversational AI, autonomous systems, and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop algorithms for natural language understanding, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and other AI paradigms.
• Implement scalable AI solutions using state-of-the-art frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define agent behaviors and integrate them into products.
• Monitor and improve agent performance through testing, evaluation, and continuous learning.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and best practices to ensure innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field.
• Proven experience developing AI agents or intelligent systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Knowledge of natural language processing, reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and large language models (LLMs).
• Experience deploying AI agents in production environments.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
