We are seeking a talented and skilled AI Agent & LLM Developer to join our dedicated AI Team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of our next-generation enterprise AI agents, akin to the advanced conversational capabilities seen in industry leaders.

The Role

As an AI Agent & LLM Developer, you'll be a key individual contributor within our AI Team , responsible for the hands-on implementation and optimization of our AI agent ecosystem. You'll apply your expertise in Google Cloud's AI services to deliver human-like, intelligent, and scalable conversational experiences. This role requires strong technical skills in Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI platforms, speech technologies, and MLOps best practices within the Google Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development:
• Integrate and extend AI capabilities into existing WonderSouq solutions to enhance their functionality and user experience.
• Develop and implement new AI, LLM, and ML solutions from concept to production, focusing on conversational AI agents.
• Design and implement complex conversational flows using Dialogflow CX's visual flow builder , including intents, entities, pages, routes, and fulfillment logic.
• Integrate and optimize Google Cloud Text-to-Speech (TTS) , including leveraging Custom Voice models for branded voice experiences, and Google Cloud Speech-to-Text (STT) for accurate transcription.
• Implement and fine-tune generative AI capabilities within Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI, utilizing Gemini models , Generators , Generative Playbooks , and Vertex AI Search for grounded responses.
• Develop sophisticated backend logic and integrations using Cloud Functions or Cloud Run to connect AI agents with internal enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, databases) and external APIs.
• Utilize and contribute to Vertex AI Agent Development Kit (ADK) for advanced agentic behavior, multi-agent orchestration, and complex tool chaining.
• Optimization & Quality:
• Optimize agent performance, accuracy, and efficiency through continuous iteration and testing.
• Contribute to establishing and maintaining MLOps best practices for the AI agent lifecycle.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging (Cloud Logging), and alerting (Cloud Monitoring) for agent performance and operational health.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security (IAM, VPC Service Controls, Secret Manager) and data governance standards.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate closely with lead engineers, product managers, UX designers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI solutions using Google Cloud's Dialogflow CX .
• Strong experience with Google Cloud's voice AI services: Cloud Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Cloud Speech-to-Text (STT) .
• Demonstrable experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and integrating generative AI capabilities into production systems.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns and serverless computing ( Cloud Functions, Cloud Run ).
• Experience with API design and integration, including webhooks.
• Understanding of MLOps principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI , particularly Vertex AI Agent Development Kit (ADK) , Vertex AI Search, and Model Garden.
• Experience with Custom Voice training in Google Cloud TTS.
• Familiarity with other Google Cloud services like Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Firestore, Cloud SQL, or BigQuery for data management.
• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, telecommunications) with an understanding of compliance and data privacy.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Location & Language

This position requires professional-level English proficiency and offers flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work or in-office presence at our Istanbul location.
