AI Architect

AI Architect, TEB Arf Istanbul, Türkiye (Hybrid)

We are looking for a AI Architect who will work at TEB Arf - Architecture Team in İstanbul (BÜDOTEK Teknopark Office).

Join our innovative Architecture Team at TEB Arf and play a pivotal role in building the necessary infrastructure for AI initiatives. We are seeking AI Software Architects strong background in NLP with experience in intent classification, Agentic MCP and A2A architectures and a strong passion for these fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in developing AI architectures, devising strategies, and deciding on AI applications and systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to understand technical requirements and develop cutting-edge AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, AI agents, RAG and related technologies, conducting research to apply innovative techniques that enhance our existing conversational AI models.
• Optimize AI models for superior performance, scalability, and efficiency to ensure seamless interactions with users.
• Ensure the utmost security and privacy of user data throughout the entire development and deployment processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and helping them excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Ph.D. degree in a related field is considered as a valuable asset.
• Industry experience in Conversational AI and Agentic MCP, with a specific emphasis on developing chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python and Java.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience in deploying conversational AI models will be advantageous.
• Sound understanding of NLP concepts, dialogue systems, intent recognition, and entity extraction.
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential for navigating a highly collaborative environment, where frequent coordination and approvals across multiple teams can impact the speed of decision-making.
• Commitment to writing clean, production-grade code and documenting the work.
• Previous experience in mentoring a team of engineers will be highly regarded.
