Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Architect to design, build, and scale production AI systems that power clinical, operational, and revenue workflows across the organization.

This is a hands-on architecture role. You will not only design systems but also actively build and deploy them in production environments.

You will be responsible for shaping how AI is used across the company, including large language model applications, automation systems, and integrations across healthcare platforms.

What You Will Do

• Design and build production-grade AI systems using LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Claude
• Architect scalable workflow automation across clinical, billing, and operational teams
• Build and maintain integrations with EMR, CRM, and internal healthcare systems
• Develop internal tools, dashboards, and AI-powered utilities used across the organization
• Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities to apply AI to real operational problems
• Define system architecture, data flows, and infrastructure patterns for AI adoption at scale
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance of AI-driven systems in a healthcare environment

What We Are Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in software engineering, preferably backend (Python, Node.js, or similar)
• Proven experience building and scaling production systems
• Deep familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and distributed systems concepts
• Experience working with or deploying LLM-based applications is strongly preferred
• Ability to design end-to-end system architecture and own technical decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across complex systems

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare technology, EMR systems, or clinical workflows
• Background in workflow automation or enterprise system integration
• Experience with data pipelines, orchestration frameworks, or event-driven systems
• Familiarity with compliance-sensitive environments (HIPAA or similar)

Compensation and Location

• Salary: $200,000 to $240,000 base
• Performance-based bonus
• Location: Lakewood, NJ and NYC
• Hybrid preferred
