AI Architect / Lead – ERP Agentic Systems (In-House)

Location: Kolkata (Hybrid)

Salary Range: ₹20 – ₹35 LPA (Based on experience & expertise)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect / Lead to design and own our Primacy AI Agent Platform, focused on ERP-centric automation and intelligence. This is a strategic in-house leadership role, responsible for building scalable agentic AI systems integrated deeply with Odoo ERP, internal development workflows, and enterprise infrastructure.

The role requires strong system architecture skills, hands-on AI engineering experience, and the ability to translate ERP business workflows into intelligent AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

AI Platform Architecture

Architect and lead the development of Primacy’s AI Agent Platform using multi-agent architecture

Define system-level architecture for AI-driven ERP automation (functional, technical, accounting, PM workflows)

Design and maintain architecture diagrams, data flow models, and technical blueprints

Agentic AI & RAG Systems

Design and implement agent workflows for:

Odoo Functional Consulting automation

Technical development & code assistance

Accounting, payroll & compliance workflows

Project management & delivery tracking

Architect and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

Select and manage LLMs, embedding models, and vector databases

AI Engineering Standards

Define AI coding standards, prompt engineering guidelines, and evaluation metrics

Establish best practices for AI-generated code validation and governance

Drive model selection, fine-tuning strategies, and performance benchmarking

Enterprise Integration & DevOps

Lead integration across AI → Odoo → Git → CI/CD → Deployment

Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and ERP teams for seamless rollout

Ensure version control, observability, logging, and rollback mechanisms

Security, Compliance & Reliability

Implement enterprise-grade security, access control, data privacy, and audit logs

Ensure AI systems comply with internal governance and client confidentiality standards

Define reliability, scalability, and cost-optimization strategies

Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor AI/ML engineers, backend developers, and ERP consultants

Conduct architecture reviews and technical design discussions

Act as the AI technical authority for internal stakeholders and leadership

Key Skills & Technologies

Core Technical Skills

Python (Advanced)

LangChain / LangGraph

RAG architectures

Vector Databases: Qdrant, pgvector, Pinecone (or similar)

LLM fine-tuning & evaluation

Architecture & Systems

Distributed system design

Multi-agent orchestration

API-based integrations

System architecture documentation & diagrams

ERP & Business Knowledge

Strong understanding of ERP workflows (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, HR)

Experience working with Odoo or similar ERP platforms (preferred)

Nice to Have

Experience building internal AI platforms (not just POCs)

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure

Exposure to AI governance, cost optimization, and monitoring

Prior experience in SaaS or enterprise product companies
