Job Description:

QuickFi® is hiring a Developer focused on agentic, AI-assisted software development to help build, automate, and scale internal systems that power the QuickFi platform.

This global award-winning Rochester, NY-based fintech business will hire one highly motivated individual to help define and implement AI-native development workflows inside the company. This position is an in-office role at Rochester headquarters at Woodcliff Office Park in Fairport, NY.

QuickFi® is a commercial lending platform revolutionizing the $1.34 trillion U.S. business lending market with an embedded lending delivery model. QuickFi’s patented technology enables banks and original equipment manufacturers to efficiently lend directly to small and medium businesses (SMBs) through an entirely new digital workflow. QuickFi uses driver license authentication, facial recognition, Blockchain, AI, and emerging technologies to provide nearly instant access to loans and leases through the applicant’s Android or iOS mobile device at the point of sale.

This is a net-new role. The systems, workflows, and development patterns around agentic coding do not yet exist internally. The successful candidate will help define how AI-assisted development works at QuickFi and build production systems using modern AI coding tools.

This position prepares candidates for high-impact technical leadership inside QuickFi’s rapidly scaling fintech business. This unique opportunity enables a smart, curious, hard-working builder to assume substantial responsibility and design AI-native development systems inside QuickFi.
