About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI-Augmented Multi-Platform Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will not just write code — you will orchestrate multiple AI coding agents to dramatically accelerate development across native iOS, Android, web, and backend systems.

You will lead the creation and maintenance of high-quality applications while leveraging AI tools and agent workflows to deliver features faster, with higher quality, and cleaner architecture. If you love directing teams of AI agents like a conductor, while still maintaining strong hands-on coding skills across multiple platforms, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade applications for iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), Web (Next.js), and PostgreSQL databases.
• Orchestrate multiple AI coding agents (e.g., using Cursor, Claude, GPT-based agents, or custom agent frameworks) to generate, review, refactor, and test code across different tech stacks.
• Architect and implement end-to-end features that work seamlessly across mobile and web platforms.
• Optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL for performance and scalability.
• Ensure high code quality through AI-assisted reviews, automated testing, and manual oversight.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering team members to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Continuously improve our AI-augmented development workflow and agent orchestration processes.
• Debug complex issues across platforms and maintain high reliability in production environments.

Required Qualifications

• Professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following:
• Native iOS development with Swift
• Native Android development with Kotlin
• Modern web development with Next.js (TypeScript, React, Tailwind, etc.)
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning, migrations).
• Proven ability to run and orchestrate multiple AI coding agents to boost productivity (experience with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Projects, or custom multi-agent setups is a big plus).
• Strong understanding of clean architecture, state management, API integration, and cross-platform consistency.
• Experience shipping and maintaining production mobile and web applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building or improving AI agent orchestration workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (XCTest, Espresso, Jest), and mobile deployment processes (App Store, Google Play).
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.).
• Passion for AI tools and a track record of using them to 2-5x development speed.
