AI Automa-on SoKware Developer (Resident Engineer – Onsite Client )

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Software Developer to serve as a

Resident engineer at one of our client sites. The role involves implementing intelligent

automated projects and providing continuous support to ensure 24×7 operational

Excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automaEon workflows and

OCR-based systems.

• Integrate RPA tools such as UiPath or Power Automate into exisEng

Business environments.

• Provide onsite troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of automaton

Processes.

• Collaborate with the client and internal teams to ensure successful Deployments.

• Maintain technical documentation and deliver periodic progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Equivalent.

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in automaEon and AI environments.

• Strong programming background (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).

• Familiarity with OCR, data extraction, and API integration.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
