AI Automation & Agent Engineer

We are looking for a mid-level AI Automation & Agent Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in AI workflows, automation, and integrations. The ideal candidate should be able to build and manage AI-driven systems that automate business operations, SEO workflows, reporting, lead generation, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage AI agents and automation workflows
• Automate daily operational, reporting, and marketing tasks
• Develop AI workflows for:
• - IT and digital marketing related tasks
• - Lead generation & outreach
• - Monitoring & reporting
• - Employee performance tracking
• - Task and workflow management
• Integrate AI tools with CRMs, websites, spreadsheets, APIs, and databases
• Create automated dashboards and reporting systems
• Monitor and optimize AI agent performance
• Research and implement new AI tools and automation technologies

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in AI automation or workflow automation
• Experience with AI agents, ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
• Familiarity with tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Clawbot, and similar automation platforms
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Python or JavaScript is a plus)
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Knowledge of SEO workflows, reporting systems, or business automation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CrewAI, LangChain, AutoGen, MCP, or similar agent frameworks
• Experience with vector databases, RAG systems, or AI memory systems
• Familiarity with cloud/VPS deployment and automation servers
• Experience working in digital marketing, SEO, SaaS, or agency environments
