AI Automation & Agentic Systems Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled "AI Automation & Agentic Systems Engineer" to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI-driven workflows and autonomous agents that improve business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI automation platforms, agentic AI systems, chatbot development, and workflow orchestration tools such as n8n.

You will be responsible for building AI-powered business solutions, automation pipelines, and intelligent agents capable of performing tasks, making decisions, and integrating with multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI systems and autonomous AI agents for business workflows.
• Build and deploy AI chatbots using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Train AI systems to perform specialized tasks using prompts, datasets, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Implement multi-agent systems capable of collaborating on complex tasks.
• Develop end-to-end automation pipelines using tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and custom APIs.
• Create AI-powered business workflows that automate repetitive processes.
• Integrate AI agents with CRM, databases, APIs, SaaS platforms, and internal systems.
• Train and optimize AI models using prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Build systems that allow AI to learn and perform new skills.
• Continuously improve AI outputs through evaluation and iteration.

• · Research and implement new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with AI automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, etc.)
• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows
• Experience developing AI chatbots
• Strong knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Experience with prompt engineering
• Experience with vector databases and RAG systems
• API integrations and workflow orchestration
• Experience integrating AI with business systems
