AI Automation Analyst Intern (Finance Ops) - – Mandarin Required

Role Overview

Internship to build finance models + AI workflows (UE, cash flow forecast).

Key Responsibilities

• Build UE / cash flow templates (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Structure inputs, assumptions, formulas, outputs
• Use Claude/ChatGPT to generate consistent model outputs
• Create basic validation checklists
• Write simple docs (model notes, SOPs)
• Bilingual coordination (Mandarin/English)

Required Qualifications

• Mandarin speaking required (read/write/speak)
• Currently enrolled in a university program (current students only; not graduated)
• Strong spreadsheet modeling skills
• Onsite 20+ hours/week in Irvine
