AI Automation & Chatbot Assistant (Basic-Level Candidate Welcome)

We are looking for a motivated individual with basic knowledge of automation tools and chatbots. We don’t need to be a highly experienced professional — if you have a good understanding of the tools and are willing to learn, you are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation workflows using n8n
• Integrate chatbots such as Voiceflow, Botpress, and Chatdash, along with voice agents (Vapi, Twilio)
• Develop and improve real-time automations between CRMs, chatbots, and APIs
• Connect and manage platforms like GoHighLevel, Zoho, OpenAI, and Discord
• Write simple custom logic or code nodes in JavaScript/TypeScript when needed
• Debug, test, and scale workflows for reliability
• Work closely with the AI team to build complete automation systems
• Learn new tools quickly and stay updated with modern AI technologies

Requirements

• Must be based in Multan
• Basic hands-on experience with n8n (cloud or self-hosted)
• Familiarity with chatbot tools like Voiceflow, Botpress, or Chatdash
• Understanding of voice platforms such as Vapi or Twilio
• Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to learn new AI tools and adapt quickly

* Must be available full-time during company hours (no parallel job)
