AI Automation Consultant – Accounting (QuickBooks) Contract | Remote (India)

We are a real estate group (hotels, retail plazas, commercial) using QuickBooks Online. We are looking for someone who has already implemented AI and automation in an accounting department and can help us automate 60%+ of manual work.

What You’ll Do

• Review current accounting workflows
• Automate AP, AR, reconciliations, and reporting
• Implement AI and rule-based automations in QuickBooks
• Integrate third-party tools as needed
• Document processes and train the team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong QuickBooks Online experience
• Proven track record doing this before (not theory)
• Solid accounting knowledge
• Real estate or hotel experience is a plus

Pay

• Open to milestone-based pricing
• Contract extension and additional compensation based on successful delivery and automation results
