Job Description:

Job Title: AI Automation | IT & Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Job Purpose

We are looking for an ARABIC AI AUTOMATION SPECIALIST to lead our technology team and oversee the development, integration, and optimization of our internal systems and cloud infrastructure. This role combines hands-on development with strategic leadership, ensuring seamless operations across AI, automation, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo ERP modules including Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, and Manufacturing.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications such as CRM systems, payment gateways, and cloud storage platforms.
• Perform Odoo implementation activities including installation, configuration, data migration, and user access setup.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Maintain and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and FortiGate firewall systems for network security and access control. System Development & Integration.
• Lead the development and customization of our fully automated Odoo Enterprise system.

Automation & AI

• Design and implement intelligent workflows using n8n and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain AI-driven features and social media automation.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

• Manage and optimize infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Auto Scaling, Lightsail).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, performance monitoring, and security protocols.
• Administer Microsoft Cloud Services including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and Azure AD for unified identity and device management.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers and engineers across frontend, backend, AI, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Oversee frontend and backend development using Python, OWL 2, QWeb/XML, Node.js, Express.js, and React.js.
• Manage integrations with WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and chatbots using OpenAI API and Meta API.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP development and implementation.
• Proven experience in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and DevOps tools (Terraform, Docker).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network security management.
• Proven expertise in Odoo, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and n8n.
• Strong background in AWS and Microsoft Cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with AI integrations, workflow automation, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
