Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, onsite AI Automation Expert to join our growing team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript and proven experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, and N8N.

This role is hands-on and technical—perfect for someone who enjoys building advanced automation workflows, solving complex problems, and driving business efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy automation workflows in Make, Zapier, and N8N.
• Develop JavaScript functions, custom scripts, and webhooks to extend automation capabilities.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and SaaS tools (CRM, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, Airtable, etc.).
• Create and execute test cases to ensure workflow reliability and performance.
• Debug, optimize, and resolve real-world automation issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve business workflows.
• Maintain clear, scalable documentation for all integrations and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Make, Zapier, and/or N8N.
• Strong JavaScript coding skills (other scripting languages are a plus).
• Proven experience in API integrations and custom webhooks.
• Strong background in Process Automation, Workflow Design, and Quality Assurance.
• Familiarity with CRMs, project management tools, and messaging platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Must be available onsite in Islamabad (no remote option).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Python or Node.js for advanced automation.
• Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Exposure to AI tools and automation integrations.
