Ai Automation & GHL Expert

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Automation & GHL (GoHighLevel) Expert to support workflow automation, CRM management, and campaign execution across multiple projects. This role requires strong technical understanding, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build, manage, and optimize automated systems that improve internal efficiency and client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage automated workflows using GHL, n8n, Make, and Zapier to streamline internal and client processes.
• Set up and optimize GHL pipelines, forms, funnels, calendars, and automated follow-up sequences (email/SMS).
• Integrate multiple applications through APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic to ensure smooth data flow across systems.
• Troubleshoot automation issues, ensure data accuracy, and maintain documentation for all automation workflows.
• Support marketing and sales teams by automating lead routing, campaign tasks, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Maintain CRM hygiene inside GHL, including segmentation, tagging, and pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2+ years of experience in Automation, GHL, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Make (Integromat), Zapier, GHL Workflows, or CRM automation.
• Strong understanding of CRM structure, contact management, triggers, and workflows.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of funnel building, landing page structures, and form integrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
