We are looking for a highly skilled AI & Automation Systems Engineer to design, build, and optimize intelligent systems across multiple growing companies in insurance, finance, call center operations, and marketing.

This is not an entry-level tech support role. We are seeking someone who can build real infrastructure, automate processes, and deploy AI systems that improve performance, reporting, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Build and deploy AI agents for sales, compliance, and customer service
• Create automation workflows across CRM, dialers, and internal systems
• Design dashboards and real-time reporting infrastructure
• Implement process automation using modern no-code/low-code and custom code platforms
• Integrate APIs between multiple software systems
• Improve operational efficiency through intelligent system design
• Develop internal tools that increase productivity across departments

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience building AI agents and automation systems
• Experience with OpenAI, API integrations, Zapier/Make, custom workflows, or similar tools
• Proficient in dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau, custom builds, or similar)
• Experience working with CRM systems and call center technologies
• Strong understanding of process engineering and system architecture
• Ability to think strategically and execute technically
• Comfortable working directly with executive leadership
