AI Automation & Web App Developer (In-Office, Full-Time)

About Us

We are a fast-growing, technology-driven company focused on automating business operations and building intelligent systems using AI. We are looking for a hands-on technology professional who can help us design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations and web applications that directly impact day-to-day business operations.

This is an in-office, full-time role for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and turning ideas into working systems quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain AI-powered web applications
• Design and implement business automation workflows (AI agents, API integrations, backend logic)
• Use AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, no-code/low-code tools when appropriate) to optimize internal processes
• Collaborate closely with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Integrate third-party tools, databases, and APIs
• Continuously improve and scale existing automations and systems
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and document systems for long-term use

What We’re Looking For

• Strong coding background (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
• Experience building web apps (frontend + backend understanding)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, or automations (OpenAI, agents, workflows, etc.)
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make, or custom automation)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset and business-oriented thinking

Nice to Have

• Experience building internal tools or SaaS products
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, VPS, etc.)
• Familiarity with databases and authentication systems
• Experience deploying and maintaining production systems
• Interest in AI agents, workflow orchestration, or business process automation

Pay: $57,792.16 - $89,599.16 per year
