Role: AI Graphic Designer + Creative Production Specialist

Focus: AI tools + High-volume content + Mockups + Visual assets

Company: MSK Signs & Printing – Houston, TX

Model: 3–100 Remote Team (AI-Augmented Creative)

1. ROLE PURPOSE

You are responsible for all creative output for MSK across:

• Social media
• Landing pages
• Ads
• WhatsApp funnels
• Blogs
• Email marketing graphics
• SBU-based product mockups

Your job:

• Produce large volumes of high-quality, brand-consistent visual content using AI, templates, and fast creative systems.
• You are the visual engine powering MSK’s sales and marketing.

2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Execution)

A. Bulk AI Graphic Creation (Core Duty)

You will create:

• Daily Bulk posts (carousel, static, stories, reels covers)
• Landing-page graphics (banners, icons, elements, CTAs)
• Product cards for all SBUs
• Mini-infographics
• Comparison cards (sizes, materials, pricing visuals)
• Industry-specific graphic sets (Realtors, Contractors, Restaurants, Properties)
• Blog visuals & feature images
• Using tools like:
• FreePik & Evanto Elements Templates
• Midjourney / DALL·E / Firefly / Ideogram
• Canva templates
• Figma
• CapCut (for thumbnails)
• Your output must be fast, consistent, and aesthetically clean.

B. Signage & Printing Mockups (SBU Core)

You will produce realistic mockups for MSK product categories:

• Magnetic Signs
• Yard Signs
• Vehicle Wraps
• Window Graphics
• Banners
• Posters
• Realtor signs
• Storefront visuals

You will use:

• Smart mockups
• PSD-based templates
• AI-generated compositions
• Visual cleanup (remove clutter, correct perspective, add branding)

Purpose:

• Instant mockups for sales ? WhatsApp ? landing pages ? client demos.

C. Elementor Pro-Based Landing Page Visual Asset Production

Work with Web Associate to create:

• Hero banners
• Lifestyle photos (AI-generated)
• Product image grids
• Before/after visuals
• Client-use mockups
• Icons
• Badges (trust, guarantee, certifications)
• Your graphics must align perfectly with Elementor layouts.

D. AI Creative Workflow Development

Set up and manage:

• Reusable Canva templates
• Midjourney prompt libraries
• Branding style sheets
• Color/font rules
• Bulk-generation pipelines
• Asset libraries (SBU-based folders)

Goal: Creative systemization ? fast repetition ? consistent visual identity.

E. Daily Social Media Publishing Support

You create:

• Web Associate handles posting.
• Your output must include:
• Captions-ready visuals
• Templates for stories
• Templates for reels covers
• Seasonal variations
• Industry-specific daily graphics

F. Support WhatsApp / CRM Sales Flows

You will create visuals for:

• Instant quote images
• Pricing visuals (size/material charts)
• Product explainer cards
• Client “before and after” comparisons
• Quick demo mockups
• These assets must be optimized for mobile-first and WhatsApp-friendly sizes.

G. Brand Identity & Consistency

You maintain:

• Same color palette
• Same typography
• Clean minimal design
• Premium MSK aesthetic
• Uniform look across MSK entire product & service lines
• You maintain the visual language of MSK.
