AI-Based Video Designer / Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI-Based Video Designer / Graphic Designer to produce high-impact visual content for digital, social, and marketing campaigns in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate blends strong design fundamentals with hands-on experience using AI-powered design and video tools to deliver fast, scalable, and brand-compliant content.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Motion Design

• Create engaging short-form and long-form videos for digital marketing, social media, product launches, and internal communication
• Design AI-assisted motion graphics, explainer videos, product demos, and promotional films
• Adapt video content for multiple formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, in-app, websites)

AI-Driven Design & Automation

• Use AI tools for video creation, animation, editing, and asset generation
• Automate repetitive design tasks while maintaining brand quality and consistency
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies to improve speed, creativity, and output quality

Graphic Design

• Design digital creatives including banners, key visuals, thumbnails, presentations, and infographics
• Create visual assets aligned with brand guidelines, regulatory norms, and marketing objectives
• Support campaign creatives for product branding and corporate communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/DIploma/Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and coral is must)
• Hands-on experience with AI-based video and design tools
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, motion principles, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to balance creativity with brand and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific video formats
• Basic understanding of UI/UX or interactive design
• Motion graphics and animation experience is a strong plus
