AI-Based Video Editor & Creative Media Specialist

IACT Education is a leading skill development and certification training institute focused on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Full Stack Development, Cyber Security, and Global Certifications. We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor who can work on both AI-generated videos and traditional video editing projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Generated Video Production

• Create engaging AI-generated videos using tools like Runway ML, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, etc.
• Develop explainer videos, promotional content, reels, and short-form educational videos using AI platforms.
• Use AI voice-over tools and avatar-based video generators.
• Enhance AI videos with captions, transitions, motion graphics, and branding elements.

2. Traditional Video Editing

• Edit raw video footage for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Website promotions.
• Create course promotional videos, student testimonials, demo lectures, and event highlights.
• Add subtitles, lower-thirds, animations, sound effects, and background music.
• Color correction, audio synchronization, and professional finishing.

3. Social Media Content Creation

• Create short-form vertical videos (Reels, Shorts).
• Optimize videos for engagement and audience retention.
• Design thumbnails and basic motion graphics.

4. Creative & Strategic Input

• Suggest creative ideas for AI-powered marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with latest AI video trends and editing tools.
• Work closely with marketing and academic teams for content planning.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Filmora, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Synthesia, Pika Labs, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop for thumbnails.
• Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and platform optimization.
• Basic knowledge of sound editing and color grading.

Soft Skills:

• Creative mindset with storytelling ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Animation, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in video editing (Freshers with strong portfolio can apply).
• Portfolio of AI-generated and edited videos is mandatory.
