TPC is seeking an AI Business Analyst Intern to support the practical application of AI across financial and operational workflows. The focus is on using AI to drive better decisions, faster analysis, and more efficient processes—not building complex models or systems.

You will work directly with the Chief Product Officer and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities, test solutions, and deliver outputs that create measurable value.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve reporting efficiency

  • Develop practical deliverables (reports, templates, workflow tools)
  • Contribute to building an internal AI use case library
  • Document processes, insights, and recommendations for adoption
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership

Key Project Areas

  • AI-assisted financial and operational analysis
  • Workflow optimization and process automation
  • Development of AI-enabled templates and playbooks
  • Identification and prioritization of high-impact AI use cases

Qualifications

Required

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field (Junior or Senior preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, Gemini, or similar)
    • Including prompt structuring and practical application
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience with Excel or basic data analysis tools
  • Exposure to business operations or process improvement
  • Interest in applying technology to real-world business challenges
  • Understanding of how to structure and clean data from multiple sources
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, executive-ready insights
  • Ability to break down business problems into structured use cases
  • Interest or experience in automating multi-step workflows using AI

What Sets You Apart

  • Structured thinker with a bias for action
  • Curious, but grounded in practicality
  • Willing to challenge assumptions and test ideas
  • Focused on outcomes—not just activity

How You’ll Operate at TPC

Success in this role is defined by both what you deliver and how you deliver it. You will be expected to:

  • Take ownership and communicate proactively
  • Deliver high-quality work with speed and discipline
  • Use AI tools in practical, outcome-driven ways
  • Collaborate effectively across teams

Program Expectations

  • Primarily in-office to support collaboration and learning
  • Weekly check-ins with the Chief Product Officer
  • Completion of a defined project with measurable outcomes
  • Final presentation to leadership summarizing impact and recommendations

Compensation

  • $25–$35 per hour, based on experience

Compliance & Data Use

  • Adhere to all company policies related to confidentiality and data privacy
  • Use only approved tools and platforms
  • Do not input sensitive or confidential data into unapproved AI systems

What Success Looks Like

By the end of the program, you will have:
