About the Role : We are looking for a AI Business Analyst Product Owner to lead pharma analytics and competitive intelligence projects for global pharmaceutical clients. This role requires strong project ownership, cross-functional coordination, analytics expertise, and client-facing capabilities to deliver high-quality commercial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of pharma analytics and competitive intelligence projects, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Define project plans, methodologies, milestones, and resource allocation aligned with business and client objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and conduct regular quality checks, reviews, and audits to maintain high delivery standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal processes, data governance, and industry standards.
• Analyze pharma data including pipeline analysis, clinical trial landscapes, pricing & reimbursement, sales force effectiveness, and competitor portfolios to generate actionable insights.
• Act as the primary client contact, managing queries, reviews, and solution or product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with business development teams on proposals, presentations, and solution discussions.
• Drive continuous process improvements, automation initiatives, and analytics enablement.
• For AI-driven products, ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality product delivery, performance consistency, and timely releases.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in technical project management within pharma analytics, healthcare research, or commercial intelligence
• Proven experience managing client-facing, analytics-driven projects
• Experience working with global stakeholders

Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA
• Advanced MS Excel (reporting, dashboards; VBA preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of pharma commercial analytics and healthcare market research
• Experience in primary & secondary research, data validation, and quality control
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Agile project management experience is a plus

Preferred

• Experience working with pharma analytics or healthcare research firms in Hyderabad
• Demonstrated excellence through performance awards or recognitions
• Exposure to automation, workflow optimization, or analytics enablement
