Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AI domain
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct market research to stay updated on AI trends and competitive landscape
• Develop and deliver presentations that effectively articulate the value and benefits of AI solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to align AI solutions with client requirements
• Prepare strategic proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
• Track and report on business development metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Represent Müller's Solutions at industry conferences and networking events to promote our AI services

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic AI Business Development Manager who will become the face of our AI practice in Saudi Arabia. This role goes beyond sales-it's about shaping conversations with executives, spotting opportunities where AI can transform businesses, and driving deals from idea to reality.

What You'll Do

• Champion Müller Solutions' AI services and solutions in the Saudi and GCC markets.
• Identify, pitch, and close opportunities across industries (Government, Energy, Retail, Banking, Manufacturing).
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on how AI can solve their toughest challenges.
• Collaborate with our AI consultants and delivery teams to design winning solutions.
• Represent Müller Solutions at events, conferences, and client workshops.
• Consistently achieve and exceed growth targets.

What We're Looking For

• Saudi National (priority for this role).
• 4+ years' experience in business development or solution sales within technology, digital transformation, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI) and ability to communicate their business impact.
• Proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English).
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and growth.
