As an Authorized PUDU Robotics Dealer, we serve clients across healthcare, hospitality, education, manufacturing, warehousing, retail, commercial facilities, and professional services.

Position Overview

The Business Transformation Advisor is responsible for developing new business opportunities and consulting with organizations on AI, automation, and robotics solutions.

This role involves identifying business challenges, conducting discovery meetings, presenting solutions, managing opportunities, and closing new business.

The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with business owners, executives, operations leaders, and key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Conduct discovery meetings and business assessments
• Present AI software, automation, and robotics solutions
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle
• Prepare proposals and close new business
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM

Qualifications

• B2B sales, business development, or consultative sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage territory activity
• Professional, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Experience selling technology, SaaS, telecommunications, healthcare, industrial, or business services solutions is a plus

Pay: $50,311.53 - $200,181.63 per year
