Overview

We are looking for an AI-driven operator who can actively build, connect, and optimize systems using AI tools across our business.

This is not a content creator role.

This is a hands-on execution role.

What you will do

• Use multiple AI platforms (text, image, video, automation) to support real business operations
• Build workflows between tools (AI + CRM + email + social + website)
• Create repeatable systems (SOPs, prompt libraries, automations)
• Support content creation, but with a focus on performance and scalability
• Improve processes across marketing, internal operations, and digital channels
• Test and implement new AI tools to increase efficiency and output
• Track results and optimize based on data (conversion, time saved, output quality)

Required skills

• Strong practical knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.)
• Ability to connect tools into workflows (Zapier, Make, APIs, or similar)
• Understanding of digital marketing systems (funnels, email, landing pages)
• Ability to turn ideas into working systems, not just concepts
• Analytical mindset (you look at data and improve performance)

This role is NOT for

• Social media managers only
• Pure content creators
• People who only “know AI tools” but have never implemented real workflows
