Position Summary:
We are looking for a creative AI Engineer who can harness the power of AI for visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a background in Mass Communication or a related field, combined with technical fluency in tools like MidJourney, Hailo AI, and other content-generation platforms. You must be experienced in creating custom AI models using no-code or AI-assisted platforms, as well as in crafting compelling stories that maintain consistency and emotional impact.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visual and video content using tools like MidJourney, Hailo AI, etc.
• Engineer and optimize prompts for generating consistent and creative AI outputs
• Build and train basic AI models through no-code or low-code platforms (like RunwayML, Pictory, Lobe, Leonardo AI, etc.)
• Utilize free and paid tools to generate visuals, text, and video content in a cost-effective way
• Edit and compile AI-generated content into short-form video formats for platforms like Facebook Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Maintain narrative flow and character consistency in serialized AI-generated stories
• Stay up to date with AI trends, model improvements, and storytelling techniques
• Collaborate with creative and audience teams to align content with brand objectives
• Ensure consistency in tone, pacing, and format for multiple story series
• Manage content pipeline and ensure timely delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field
• Strong experience using AI content creation tools like MidJourney, Hailo AI, RunwayML, Leonardo AI etc.
• Knowledge of AI model building using AI-based or no-code platforms
• Ability to write effective prompts for text, image, and video generation
• Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
• Experience with free AI tools and optimizing output without relying on paid subscriptions
• Understanding of AI-powered storytelling, narrative building, and visual scripting
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Portfolio or examples of AI-generated work (images, stories, videos)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
