Job Vacancy: AI Content Creator

We are seeking a versatile AI Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for career starters or junior talent based in Dubai or the UAE who are passionate about content creation, social media, and storytelling. The ideal candidate enjoys experimenting with AI tools from generating ideas and scripts to creating visuals and is curious, driven, and eager to grow quickly. Experience with AI LLMs, diffusion models, and video/photo editing tools is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and plan inspiring content across social platforms, including (but not limited to):
• Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Develop AI characters
• Design character profiles
• Create AI characters using the latest AI tools available
• Edit / Customize AI-driven videos with tools like Adobe Premiere / Final Cut Pro
• Create artwork and collateral, both digital and print-ready
• Assist the Sales team with captive mailings
• Create and maintain SOPs
• Update and maintain our website, together with our in-house IT team
• Assist with video and photo editing for Sales & Operations when needed

Nice to have:

• A portfolio of creative projects done (Examples are AI-driven projects, Videos, blogposts, GUI/Front-end development projects, Visual imagery)
• Can operate the bash / terminal
• Familiar of psychology and neuroscience
• Knows JavaScript/Python languages
• Familiar with the AI alignment issues like jailbreaks, hallucination, etc.
• Work with (AI) tools such as:
• Claude (writing, captions, scripts, code)
• Create Design: Adobe InDesign/ Illustrator/ Photoshop, Canva, and other AI-assisted design apps
• MidJourney (AI visuals & artistry)
• Eleven Labs, Nano Banana, RunwayML (AI video experiments)

Skills & Mindset:

• Excellent in speaking and writing Business English
• Experience or a Degree in Media, Graphical Design, Marketing or related
• Creative writing and captioning ability
• Knowledge of video editing and design tools with AI experience
• Strong awareness of social trends
• Confident communicator and fast learner
• Intuitively creative
• Curious and eager to learn
• Flexible in working hours and days
• Exceptional planning skills and eye for detail
• Deadline control & time management
• A team player with a hands-on attitude
