AI Content Creator

We're a fast-growing US-based private label brand in the home textiles and apparel industry, and we are looking for a creative AI Content Creator to help is scale our Digital presence.
Content Production

  • Create high-quality content using AI tools — visuals, videos, scripts, and concepts
  • Produce UGC-style content that feels authentic, native, and unscripted — not "ad-like." This is critical for TikTok where polished content underperforms
  • Develop content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, TikTok Shop, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels
  • Edit videos with strong focus on hooks (first 1–3 seconds), pacing, transitions, sound design, captions, and on-screen text

Category-Specific Output (Home Textiles)

  • Bedding, Apparel "makeover" reveals, curtain styling videos, before/after room transformations
  • Texture close-ups, fabric demos, packaging unboxings
  • Seasonal content (holiday bedding, Legging, back-to-school dorm, winter cozy aesthetics)
  • "Get the look" room styling videos tied to specific SKUs
  • Affiliate-friendly demo videos that creators can replicate or remix

Volume & Cadence

  • Define expected output (recommended: 15–20 finished short-form videos per day at minimum for TikTok algorithm traction)
  • Maintain a content calendar synced with new product launches and sales team plans
  • Repurpose top performers across platforms with platform-native edits (vertical 9:16, captions burned in for TikTok, etc.)

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with your graphic design team for packaging shots, product imagery, and brand assets
  • Work with the influencer/UGC team to support creator briefs with reference content
  • Pull product specs and approved messaging from store sales team leads

Must-Have

  • Hands-on video editing experience: SFX, transitions, fast cuts, hooks, captions, beat-matching
  • Familiarity with: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, CapCut, or similar (add: Sora, Kling, Veo 3, ElevenLabs for voiceovers, Suno for AI audio)
  • Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and adapt to trends within 24–48 hours of trend emergence
  • Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, sound trends, and FYP behavior
  • Native or near-native English fluency for script writing and on-screen copy

Should-Have

  • Portfolio of short-form video work (required — ask for TikTok handles, not just a PDF)
  • Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate content or shoppable video formats
  • Understanding of US consumer aesthetics, slang, and humor (critical since this is a US-facing role)
  • Basic copywriting for hooks and CTAs

Nice-to-Have

  • Comfort with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience in home/lifestyle/décor categories
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and creator collaboration workflows
  • Music licensing knowledge (Epidemic Sound, Artlist, TikTok Commercial Music Library)

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
