AI Content & CRM Automation Specialist (B2B Focus)

At VadeCom, we build AI-powered CRM and marketing automation systems that help B2B companies generate, nurture, and convert leads more effectively.

We’re looking for an AI Content & CRM Automation Specialist who understands how to create smart, professional content using AI, and deploy it inside CRM systems and marketing automation workflows — not just for social media.

What you'll be working on:

• Creating AI-generated content for CRM pipelines, B2B lead nurturing, and sales follow-ups

• Writing and optimizing prompts to generate high-quality B2B marketing and sales content

• Supporting email, WhatsApp, and CRM automation sequences

• Reviewing, improving, and controlling the quality of AI-generated content

• Aligning content with sales stages, buyer personas, and business goals

• Collaborating with marketing, CRM, and sales teams

Whom we're looking for:

• Strong interest or experience in AI tools and prompt engineering

• Understanding of B2B communication and marketing logic

• Ability to write explicit, professional, conversion-focused content

• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation concepts (Insightly, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus

• Strong English writing skills (Arabic is a plus)

• Curious, analytical, and quality-focused mindset
