Job Description:

PM Publishers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented AI Content Developer to create high-quality educational content for students of Classes 3 to 10. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and curriculum-aligned AI-based learning materials that align with the CBSE syllabus, NEP 2020, and NCF 2023 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop age-appropriate AI and technology content for Classes 3 to 10 as per CBSE-prescribed syllabus.
• Design lesson plans, question banks, activities, and worksheets based on AI textbooks and workbooks.
• Create teacher support materials including answer keys, lesson outlines, and assessment resources.
• Collaborate with subject experts and editors to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and quality.
• Integrate creative teaching strategies and AI concepts in alignment with 21st-century skill development.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence education, NEP 2020, and NCF 2023 frameworks.

Qualification:

• B.Sc./BCA/B.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Degree/Diploma in Artificial Intelligence from a recognized institute (preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, coding, and educational pedagogy.
• Familiarity with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 guidelines is essential.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in educational content development, preferably in AI, coding, or computer science subjects.
• Experience in K–12 content design or curriculum development will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to conceptual accuracy.
• Strong research, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital content tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
