Job Description:

An AI Content Evaluator is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and rating AI-generated outputs in German to improve model quality, accuracy, and safety. The role involves evaluating text for grammar, clarity, relevance, correctness, and policy compliance, as well as identifying unsafe, biased, or harmful content. Works closely with guidelines to provide high-quality judgments that help train and optimize AI language models.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Danish (C1/C2) with excellent grammar and linguistic understanding.
• Good English skills for reading guidelines and reporting issues.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate text for accuracy, tone, and suitability.
• Familiarity with AI models, NLP concepts, or content evaluation (preferred but not required).
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency across tasks.
• Comfortable reviewing sensitive or policy-related content when necessary.
• Good attention to detail, critical reasoning, and time-management skills.
