AI Content & Innovation Summer Intern

412 Motorsport is looking for a summer intern who's plugged into the latest Al tools, apps, and trends and knows how to put them to work. This role is about using Al to help produce content faster, better, and smarter - from visuals and video to captions, ideas, and everything in between. If you're the person your friends ask "wait, how'd you make that?" and the answer is an Al tool, this internship is for you.

What You'll Do

• Al-Assisted Content Creation: Use Al tools to help generate graphics, video edits, captions, scripts, and other content for 412 Motorsport's social channels
• Trend Research: Stay on top of new Al apps, models, and trends and figure out how they can be applied to our content
• Workflow Improvement: Identify ways Al can speed up or improve our current content process (editing, ideation, scheduling, etc.)
• Experimentation: Test new Al tools and platforms to see what fits our brand and what doesn't
• Collaboration: Work with the social media and content team to integrate Al tools into everyday content production
• Idea Generation: Use Al to help brainstorm content angles, hooks, and formats for automotive/exotic car content

What We're Looking For

• Strong familiarity with current Al tools and platforms (e.g. image generation, video generation, editing assistants, Al writing tools)
• Genuine interest in Al and how it's changing content creation
• Creative mindset - you can spot how a tool could be used, not just that it exists
• Comfortable experimenting and learning new tools quickly
• Basic content creation or social media experience is a plus
• Bonus: interest in cars, motorsport, or automotive culture

What Success Looks Like

• 412 Motorsport's content production becomes faster and more creative through Al tools
• The team stays ahead of trends instead of catching up to them
• New Al-powered content ideas make it from concept to published post

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 3 month summer internship
• Compensation: base pay + weekly bonuses
• Duration: Summer 2026
