Duties and responsibilities:

• Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to generate initial content drafts, followed by extensive editing and refinement to ensure quality, voice, and tone meet client expectations
• Apply advanced editing, fact-checking, and prompt engineering skills to optimize AI-generated drafts within a target production pace of 30-60 minutes per content piece
• Follow an SEO content template, when necessary, to produce content for clients
• Receive and incorporate edits
• Conduct topic research
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Meet monthly deadlines
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications and attributes:

• Proven ability in advanced editing, fact-checking, and prompt engineering to efficiently refine AI-generated content drafts and maintain a high standard of quality, voice, and tone within a production pace of approximately 30-60 minutes per piece
• Excellent writing skills, preferably with experience in SEO writing
• Ability and interest to learn and write about a wide variety of topics
• Basic understanding of SEO, professional writing, and/or journalism best practices preferred
• Experience with project management software preferred (such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
• Self-initiative and effective time management
• Eagerness to dive in, learn, and help with whatever is needed

Additional details and requirements:

• Minimum weekly hour commitment will be mutually agreed upon
• May be asked to be occasionally accessible during business hours for virtual communication, meetings, and/or trainings, as necessary
• This is a fully remote position
• Must be willing and able to use your own computer and phone, and have access to reliable internet
• This position is not eligible for benefits
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
