What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking graduates only with a strong background in design and an exceptional eye for aesthetics. The ideal candidate will bring both artistic vision and technical skill, combining creativity with an understanding of the latest digital and AI design tools.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related creative field (mandatory)
• Creative Vision: Strong sense of aesthetics with a deep understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in design tools such as Canva, Figma and comfortable experimenting with AI-powered creative platforms
• Adaptability: Ability to enhance, reformat, and optimize images for different digital platforms
• Trend Awareness: Up to date with design, social media, and AI trends to create fresh, bold, and engaging content
• Attention to Detail: High standards of quality with a meticulous approach to design consistency
• Efficiency: Strong time management skills and ability to deliver creative output within deadlines

Your Role Will Include

• Designing eye-catching, bold, and on-trend visuals that maximize engagement and click-through rates
• Collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure visuals align with the overall message and brand tone
• Enhancing and editing images, ensuring all deliverables are polished and professional
• Exploring and implementing AI-powered design techniques to push creative boundaries
• Experimenting with colors, typography, and layouts to produce the best-performing designs
• Optimizing all creatives for both mobile and desktop platforms
