AI Creative Production Intern (Execution-Focused)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Production Intern to act as a hands-on production assistant across design and AI workflows.

This is a high-output, execution-focused role. You will work directly from creative direction and existing templates to produce polished visuals quickly and consistently.

You will not be responsible for concepting.
Your role is to execute, refine, and deliver at a high level.

You should be comfortable moving between:
AI generation → cleanup → final design in Figma/Adobe

What You’ll Do

• Generate images and video using AI tools (Google Flow, Veo, Runway, etc.)
• Execute design work using existing templates and direction
• Refine and finalize assets in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Produce high volumes of social, campaign, and visual assets
• Iterate quickly based on feedback
• Organize and prep files for delivery

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Fluent in AI tools:
• Google Flow
• Veo
• Runway or similar
• Proficient in Figma
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required, Illustrator preferred)
• Strong visual judgment (spacing, composition, typography)
• Ability to execute quickly and accurately

Nice to Have

• After Effects / motion
• Experience producing high-volume content
• Familiarity with social formats

Compensation

Hourly, based on experience and tool proficiency
