What You’ll Do
Create and refine AI-generated stills as keyframes and visual bases for short-form videos.
Work confidently in Photoshop and use AI tools to enhance visuals — applying in/outpainting, aspect or style adjustments, upscaling, and other precise edits.
Generate and edit videos blending AI output with After Effects or related tools.
Use structured prompt engineering to maintain consistent characters, tone, and narrative flow.
Ensure cultural accuracy and historical authenticity in all visual storytelling.
Keep files clean and organised, maintaining a disciplined, efficient workflow.
Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality stories.
What You Bring
5+ years of professional experience in motion design, video production, 2D/3D animation, or a closely related field.
A strong portfolio or reel of short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that shows storytelling, attention to tempo, and visual polish.
Hands-on experience with AI image/video tools and workflows for motion content.
Solid proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalent post tools) and comfort working with complex timelines.
Excellent visual sense—mastery of timing, transitions, typography, and the principles of motion design.
Deep understanding of social-first video formats, platform constraints and exchangeable visual trends.
Highly organised, clear in communication, and able to collaborate effectively under tight deadlines and iterative workflows.
Bonus Points
Background in real-camera production — shooting, lighting, and understanding on-set workflows.
Experience with 3D production — modelling, texturing, basic animation.
Strong grasp of narrative editing, pacing, and post-production (cutting, colour grading, finishing).
Proven work on global brand campaigns or fast-turnaround productions.
Interest in building internal templates, pipelines, or creative tools to improve efficiency.
