AI Creative Specialist

Job Description
As a Junior Creative Designer, you will help create digital content for food, restaurant, and lifestyle brands. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to produce social media creatives, campaign assets, and brand visuals.
Your role will also include exploring and using AI tools such as Metrixmate, along with other in-house tools like Nano and Banana, to improve design workflow and enhance visual quality. You don’t need to be an AI expert — just someone who’s open to learning and experimenting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, web, and digital campaigns.
• Use AI-assisted tools (Metrixmate, Nano, Banana) to generate, refine, or test creative ideas.
• Support the team in producing consistent, brand-aligned graphics for food and restaurant clients.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
• Edit, resize, and adapt creatives for various formats and platforms.
• Maintain organized files, follow brand guidelines, and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and how AI is shaping creative work.

Requirements

• Strong interest in creative design, digital media, and AI-powered tools.
• Basic understanding of design software (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
• Open to learning and using AI-powered design tools.
• Ability to create clean, balanced layouts with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a structured environment with task deadlines.
• Prior experience with social media content or food/restaurant brands is a plus.
• Fresh graduates or final-semester students are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
